Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped between 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Ideal delivery time: 8 - 10 business days.

We ship through Delhivery, Bluedart, E-kart, Amazon, Shadowfax, Xpressbees and other service providers to make sure your order is reached to you successfully. 

Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for shipping & deliveries.

We will like to inform, the cut-off times for dispatching an order are provided in the form of guidelines and they cannot be held accurately. Sometimes order delays can occur owing to delay via payment gateways or some other unavoidable reasons. While we take care utmost care to make your order reach timely, there may be delay due to unforced circumstances.

Domestic Shipping Rates 

We charge standard shipping fee INR 99.00 across India for all order value between INR 0.00 to INR 498.00. 

Free Shipping on all orders above INR 499.00.

  1. You will receive an email, sms and whatsapp message with a tracking number once your order has been confirmed/ shipped from our side. You can track your order in the ‘Track Order’ section in the header and bottom banner of the website.
  2. Please provide your mobile number and your complete shipping address including the pin-code to ensure smooth delivery of your order. Mobile number is mandatory for all COD orders.
  3. It is not possible for us to deliver to PO Box addresses.
  4. Incase your order is not delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you may first check the order status in 'Track my order' section. We also suggest that you check that the address you have provided for the delivery is correct.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY 

All our products go through a series of quality check, and we hope that you never have a reason to return your purchase. However, if you are not happy with any part of your purchase for any reason at all, feel free to let us know, and we will do whatever it takes to make things right. Your satisfaction is non-negotiable for us. So if anything, doesn’t meet your expectation, don’t stress!

  1. We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
  2. Pick-up will be attempted thrice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  3. In case of a return, we offer the full amount back into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.) for prepaid orders. In case of COD orders, you will get a Store Credit. This will be issued on the same day of your order after delivered to our warehouse and QC is done and sent on your registered email ID in the form of a gift code with a lifetime validity. We will not refund cash for Cash On Delivery orders.
  4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  5. Once the refund request is approved from our end after the reverse pick up is delivered to our warehouse and QC is done, kindly allow us 2 to 3 business days to get it reflected in your account from the date the refund is initiated.
  6. All exchanges will be accepted against the original order only once. Return will not be accepted for any previous exchanges.
  7. Store credits are valid for lifetime & can be used anytime as per you want.
  8. Please note refunds are applicable in the case of damaged product, wrong product (you ordered X, but you received Y) or an article with missing item or accessory is delivered to you. However, to ensure your request is processed without any hick ups we request you to kindly share a 360 degree unpacking video of the product for us to ascertain facts of your claim.
  9. After placing an order on Elchic, if you wish to cancel your order, please drop us a message on Instagram (elchic.store) or chat with us on whatsapp no. +91 9870143946 with the order details. If your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
  10. We work with various expert courier partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, DTDC and many more to ensure your product is delivered to you and timely.

    REFUND OF PRODUCTS BOUGHT IN SPECIAL OFFERS

    Products purchased during special offers/promotions such as BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) wherein free products are included or special discounts are given, such orders will not be eligible for any returns. This is because the products are sold are already sold with heavy discounts to offer you maximum value. All sale are final and exchange may be processed only in exceptional situation as per the product availability, and as per sole discretion of the company. Therefore, we request you to please check size details thoroughly before making any purchase.

    1. Kindly take care that the product(s) are packed securely to avoid any damage or loss in transit. All products must be in unused condition and in original condition with tags/stickers as it was delivered to you. Once the packet is delivered to us we reimburse you a fee upto INR 100 as per the receipt provided by you, within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
    2. We recommend you to use SPEED POST for reliable courier service & minimum shipping charges.
